Terms and Conditions

• The prices are in €uro per apartment per week by the number of specified persons;
• With the exception of the high season, we also accept stays of less than a week;
• On request, we also accept small pets;
• At the beginning of the stay, a deposit of € 50,00 is required which will be refunded if the return of the apartmentis  clean and tidy as it was delivered on arrival;
• The apartment is considered reserved from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival until 9.30 a.m. on the day of your departure
• At the end of the stay, we politely ask you to deposit the used linen used in the shower.

The apartments are equipped with:

• TV LCD 32 '';
• Cartoon-channel for the little ones;
• Free Wi-Fi;
• Bedding;
• Bath towels and face towels;
• Iron and ironing board;
• Oven or microwave;
• Telephone;
• Safe;
• Hair dryer;
• Shared washing machine (for a fee);
• 1 parking space per apartment, garage on request;
• Ski deposit;
• Elevator.

 The prices include:

• Weekly change of linen and towels;
• Final cleaning;
• Parking for one car;
• Energy consumption and other taxes;
• Free Wi-Fi;
• Free ski bus every 30 minutes from 8.30 a.m. until 5 p.m. during the winter months ;
• Baby cots for your little ones (no linen!);
• Molveno card.

Supplements:

• Extra bed: € 70,00/week;
• Local tourist tax of € 0.70 per person/per day for guests aged over 14 for max. 10 consecutive nights.

Reservation:

• The reservation can be confirmed by bank transfer (IBAN IT41O0807835070000002006667 | SWIFT / BIC: CCRTIT2T20A | Apartments Rododendro of Claudio Sartori ) after receipt of a deposit;
• The payment must be sent within 7 days from the date of the request.
